Who You Are:
You are a Business Development or Sales professional with experience in selling solutions to AEC firms, or sales experience with an AEC firm promoting projects to public works or utility clients. You understand the AEC world challenges of designing, winning, and implementing large scale projects from these clients. You have what it takes to incorporate a new product or service in the AEC project bid.
More importantly, you are a high-energy analytical person who succeeds in a complex solution sales environment. And you are someone energized by being on the ground floor of a next generation opportunity.
What We Expect From You:
- Understand and communicate the advantages of the Berntsen line of connected marking solutions for better asset management
- Introduce the Berntsen line of marking products and software to AEC firm decision-makers
- Manage the sales process to achieve incorporation of Berntsen marking solutions in the target AEC bid offerings
- Support Target Account marketing and sales efforts including co-presenting, participating in conferences, training account sales staff, and providing messaging collateral, as needed.
- Oversee the initial deployment of Berntsen’s product line with the customer
- Manage and record account development activities in Salesforce
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the AEC industry
- Demonstrated solution selling experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Understanding of utility or public works asset management
- Entrepreneurial energy
