<li>Lead initiatives and feature teams responsible for the development of new capabilities in Android, iOS, and web apps</li>
<li>Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including user stories and acceptance test criteria</li>
<li>Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development, including technical challenges, dependencies, and external factors</li>
<li>Work with product leads to prioritize backlog, considering product roadmap, customer feedback, and project dependencies</li>
<li>Inform leadership on product vision, schedule, strategy, features, and prioritization of work</li>
<li>Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and all levels of management</li>
<li>Provide insight and subject matter expertise on products, features, and development initiatives</li>
<li>Seek and improve processes across the development team</li>
<li>Support global product launches and release activities</li>

<h2 class="font-size-4">Requirements</h2>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field</li>
<li>5+ years of experience with ArcGIS software or other geospatial technology</li>
<li>Experience configuring and deploying Esri’s Field Apps</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead small to medium groups to deliver on business objectives with the power to inspire teamwork and motivate project teams</li>
<li>Customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experience</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively</li>
<li>Experience assessing and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in using Agile project management tools</li>
<li>Deadline-oriented and capable of self-management</li>
<li>Passion and ability to deliver quality work in a timely and efficient manner, in teams or individually</li>

<li>Proven ability to define, manage, and deliver geospatial solutions</li>
<li>Prior experience with implementing software solutions and release of commercial software products</li>
<li>Proficiency in a modern software language, such as Python, JavaScript, Swift, or Kotlin</li>
<li>Certified Product Owner</li>
<li>Master's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field</li>
</ul>
